Inspirational Teachers Adam Thomas
My drama teacher she was GREAT! She would always stick up for me when I was in trouble. Darren Gordon was really inspirational for me. He taught me everything I've learnt about acting. Without him, I wouldn't be where I am today. Chelsee Healey
Mr Stockton my English teacher, he was funny and we got on well.
Chris Geere
Angela Mackie. She was the drama teacher at school who sadly died earlier this year. She is probably the main reason I'm doing what I'm doing now. An absolutely incredible woman.
Christine Tremarco
I had two inspiring teachers. And yes it is true - you never forget a good teacher do you? I had Mrs Gale who was my maths teacher, she was very fair and funny - a wonderful teacher Richard Laxton, who was my drama teacher he was fantastic too. I have a lot to thank them both for.
Denise Welch
I had a really inspiring teacher at school, Terry Cudden. He was my drama teacher and he was brilliant. He really did give me the belief I could do something. He was an inspiration. If he hadn't encouraged me to go to drama school I don't think I'd have tried. I was going to teacher training college - so I do have a great deal to thank him for. If it hadn't have been for Terry I could have been Steph for real! But I don't think I could have ever taught French though.
Eva Pope
My drama teacher, Mrs Cathy Jones.
Jason Done
My drama teacher Mr Philip Hamer.
Jason Merrells
My English teacher, Mr Patrick was really inspiring. He showed me through literature how everything is connected; arts, politics, culture etc.
Katie Griffiths
Yes, I've had three, one in my primary school and two in secondary school. Miss Poole used to always encourage us to take part in school shows and would watch us making dance routines up in the playground. Miss Chezworth and Mr Hughes, my Drama teachers, have been hugely supportive and inspirational.
Lauren Drummond
My two drama teachers. My teacher from school, Richard Stevens, always gave me extra help and pushed me as hard and as far as I could go. And my private drama tutor Darren Gordon, who has taught me everything I know. He always believe in me and supports me and I have so much respect for him as he really knows his stuff and how to teach it.
Lucy Dixon
There were a few actually. My English teacher was extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. She could have taught any subject! My French teacher was bubbly and funny although fairly strict which I was glad of because she really pushed me to succeed. And last but not least my drama teacher who came to see every show I've been in and who encouraged me to consider acting as a profession and still to this day gives me her support. She taught me confidence and most importantly helped me get rid of my lisp.
Neil Morrissey
Sheila Steel who was my drama and English teacher. Also, Brian Hadley who was Director of the Stoke Schools Theatre group.
Shabana Bakhsh
Miss Mooney - P7.
Tom Payne
My drama teachers because most of the time they seemed to be the only people who understood me and treated me like an adult.
