Episode 3.9

It was so sad when it came out that Maxine had buried that baby and at the end when Lewis and Maxine were standing over the skeleton. It was very well played from the actors and I was gobsmacked when Mika said she was pregnant and I was a little annoyed when she said she wasn't because I thought I would've been interesting to see that storyline. Can't wait to see Eddie get his son dumped on him next week. Serves Rachel right for meddling. Tom 4 Davina!
Amy, Oldham

This is the best series yet. Believable storylines, quality acting and plot lines which reflect many current dilemmas faced by teachers today. Well done. PS - I was in love with Jill Halfpenny. Am still in shock that you killed her off.

I love Waterloo Road! Love it! I've never missed an episode since I started watching it. I love the storylines, they're so exciting! I think its cruel making us wait a whole week to see what happens next! I love the whole Donte and Chlo twist with Brett and Mika, though I wanted Donte and Chlo to get back together, but I do want to see her reaction if Donte does go out with that other girl. I think what Maxine had to go through was terrible. The main reason I love watching Waterloo Road is that you can connect most of it with things going on in your own life. The pupils are all your age and you understand them. It also helps you with some of your own problems too. Oh, and I loved the episode with the school trip when Smilie was on the cliff.

What can I say? Absolutely superb. I never really used to watch the other series but now I can't stop watching this one and I'm tuned in. Acting much better and generally addictive. Hope you make another season and hope it's just as good!!!! Well done!

Me and my form tutor love Waterloo Road because it is so like my school. Our school has gone downhill but I hope one day we will bring it back around like Waterloo Road. The storyline with Maxine and the baby was amazing. It showed such bravery... also it showed that even the bad lads have a heart. I now love Lewis!! Keep up the good work

I love Waterloo Road with one exception: Karla's character. She's acted brilliantly, but speaking as someone who has had friends and even an ex-boyfriend with Asperger's Syndrome, I find the inaccuracies in this series extremely offensive. Asperger's Syndrome is an inability to read social signs (ie, body language), and while it's true that it often crosses the line with autism, it is NOT the same thing. Carla seems to portray all the signs of autism with few of those of Asperger's. I hope this will be addressed sometime in the future.

I am really enjoying this series of Waterloo Road although I am tiring a bit of Chlo and Donte, I hope Mika doesn't get back with creepy Brett, there is something very unlikable about that young man! (possibly the dodgy haircut that's putting me off him!) The episode with the boys out on an adventure weekend was great, why are we not seeing more of Paul Langley? He showed some good leadership qualities when he wanted to win the challenge. I was hoping that we would see what happened after his horrible uncle got locked up but you just sent him to karate lessons and on an excursion! Did he find somewhere to live etc. etc. I love Grantley, he reminds me of many people who have been in their jobs far too long and become disillusioned. This week I thought Maxine acted out the still born baby scenes very well, I had a tear in my eye and it was great to see that Lewis Seddon has a compassionate side. Steph is always quality viewing I think she is great. Things are looking very cosy with Tom and Davina, snogs under the mistletoe soon me thinks! Keep up the good work!

Oh my God!! What a brilliant episode!! Can't believe Maxine was the mum of baby Charlotte, like proper shocked. I bet Mika and Brett get back together though, but I can't believe he wanted the baby! Anyway brill episode, keep em' coming!

I thought the episode when the baby's skeleton was found was brilliantly acted, especially by the girl who plays Maxine... she made me cry.

I think the last episode was fab! At first it made out the baby could possibly be Mika's but that storyline turned into the fear she was pregnant. Maxine being the mother was a complete unexpected turn! Fantastic episode, one of the best yet!
Amy, Hitchin

Waterloo road is slowly burying itself into an early grave! What once started off with great promise has now become so sanitised and stale, it will go the way of other series and soon be forgotten!!!
Niall, Ireland

I think Waterloo road is the best thing i've ever watched! I wish it was on every day, I hate waiting because they always look so good! My favourite one so far would have to be last night's where they found the baby and it turned out to be Maxine's! And Mika thought she was pregnant! Can't wait until next week.

I think the series of Waterloo Road is fantastic, I am really sad and haven't missed one! What I am disappointed in is the portrayal of school teachers. As a trainee I can tell you that they don't have such easy lives... visiting the pub, cancelling lessons and using the majority of the timetable time to rehearse the school production! The other aspects of teaching are not shown; late nights planning and marking. Weekends used for preparing for the week ahead and holidays used compiling a year's worth of planning and preparing! It is not an easy career like it is shown to be on programmes such as Waterloo Road.
Lauren, Midlands

I thought that the last episode was really powerful. You learned more about Maxine's past and how that has made her the person she is.
Nikki, Reading

Last night's episode about Maxine losing her baby was sad. I do hope her and Lewis get back together and have another baby. That would make me feel so happy.
Kayla, Shirebrook

What has happened to the writers for Waterloo Road - the stories are becoming more and more ridiculous and unbelievable every week. I have watched this programme since the very first series and I am very disappointed and uncomfortably embarrassed by the story lines this series. You surely have changed your writers. I am trying every week to give Waterloo Road another chance but after the Maxine's baby saga, I found it just too much to bear. The new head is so not credible at all.
Gill, Tyne and Wear

I only started watching Waterloo Road in the middle of the second series and am seriously hooked now. It's just fab. My 10 year old daughter loves it also.
Heather, Tollesbury

I really enjoyed sitting down on a Thursday night, thinking 'Waterloo Road's on tonight', not any more. Please bring back Jack, it's really not the same without him, I do not seem to be as glued to Waterloo as before, he was the main character, it's a shame all the originals are slowly or should I say quickly leaving the show!
