Episode 3.5
All the teachers on here moaning that Waterloo Road doesn't resemble 'real life' in schools have missed the point - it's a drama and if all the series did was portray the truly horrible, boring, frustrating, aggressive, negative reality in many schools, viewers would switch off in droves. All the same, I've known many teachers like Steph Haydock and Grantly, and some of the conflicts within the show have the ring of truth, and even if issues are sometimes resolved within an hour's TV, who wants to be bored stiff by a grim documentary approach? I love the characters and find the show an entertaining mix of soap opera and things I recognise from my own , unlamented and now thankfully over, so-called teaching career!

So far, the series has proved GOOD. I must admit, after only basic knowledge of Waterloo Road and having seen only 2 or 3 episodes, I searched for this site. The way issues such as Asperger's Syndrome, homosexuality: hard hitting ideas, are excellently handled in an engaging, humorous programme which generally appeals to me. Well done to actors, crew... EVERYONE!!!

What an episode - fantastic drama, loving Steph Haydock - and there was something very pleasing about seeing Brett's face being punched in!!

WOW!!! The new series is so amazing from what I've seen so far - I'm there every Thursday evening glued to the TV for an hour! The twists and turns in the series are amazing! I so hope Davina forgives Jack and that Chlo goes back to Waterloo Road safely. Maybe even a special visit from Kim and Andrew letting us know how they got on perhaps...?

Like every episode this series so far the most recent episode was fantastic. I hope the story with Chlo & Co doesn't go on too long. No complaints yet. Very surprised at the constant top quality.

Wow, What an episode. Is it me or is Steph Haydock mothering Matt? Miss Koreshi - well done for standing up for yourself to Grantly. There's so much between Chlo and Donte for it to end, and after Eddie's Car was smashed up I have begun to doubt he really cares about the job in hand. Such a cliff hanger I wonder what's going to happen to Chlo? Davina - good for you giving Jack what he deserves. BTW you should find someone nice like Tom.

This series is even better then the last time! The fall out between Mika and Chlo was upsetting though.

I am 61 years old and well past my school days but I find each and every episode enthralling to watch. The moods, the twist and turns of the teachers and pupils. All of the characters are brilliantly cast and I can't wait for the next episode. Also I find the music is fantastic.

Episode 3.5 was so sad! I can't believe they all found out. What a mess! Also, the woman Chlo is staying with seems bad. Telling some 'John' she's a pretty blonde and only 16. I am worried about her.
