Episode 3.12
For the first time since Izzie Redpath was stabbed, my heart was beating loudly and I was sat on the edge of my seat. Davina being stuck in a completely powerless position made great drama, and along with her solid performance, I began to see what I used to love about this show. It showed a character's development within the episode, showing her strength and ability to carry the show. It was good to see Rachel Mason in trouble, and the blackmail looks set for a good storyline. A great episode showing what can happen when a teacher unknowingly crosses the line. Along with a great soundtrack and a good one liner (Davina Shagothon), Waterloo Road looks set to get back on track.

I didn't think Series 3 would be that good without Jill Halfpenny as Izzie but with Eva Pope as Rachel its really been a great series as I really enjoyed her in Bad Girls and I really look forward to the rest of the series, although I've enjoyed the other characters too. I've really enjoyed all the storylines, especially the discovery of a baby's body - that was a gripping episode! Well Done Waterloo road!

I have only recently started watching waterloo road since maybe a couple of weeks ago, but I am addicted! It's amazing! I rush home from training to watch it. I think the storylines are so up to date with school life.

I'm a fourteen year old with Asperger's, and, naturally, I was curious to see how Waterloo Road would portray the character of Karla. I have to say I'm not all that impressed. Although it's good that they stressed that Asperger's isn't an illness, showed a very positive scene in a previous episode where she sat next to the lad with HIV, and made her a girl (possibly the first female aspie I've seen on telly), I feel that Karla is, at the end of the day, a stereotype. A person with Asperger's of her age group would not be anywhere near so literal, they would not be so easily upset by things such as unexpected exam questions and noise, they would understand why you can't dig for fossils in a crime scene, they would, to mention a previous episode, be perfectly capable of walking home alone and they would definitely not sing Lord of the Dance when auditioning for a play - in fact I doubt many would give Lord of the Dance the time of day full stop. As a rule people with Asperger's like the same music people without Asperger's like- i.e. rock, pop, R&B, electro, dance... everything. I am also mystified as to why, when researching for the character of Karla, Waterloo Road didn't talk to any actual aspies? I read that they stuck to parents, the NAS etc. Why is this? I reckon that if Waterloo Road had met up with some people with Asperger's they would have been able to get a better idea of what it's all about. I would also like to point out that the vast majority of aspie teenagers are in mainstream school, so it is hugely unlikely that Waterloo Road would never have had an aspie pupil before. I know I'm not the only aspie in my year group - never mind my whole school! This is the only problem I have with the show though - most characters and storylines have been pretty good. Keep it up.

I think Waterloo Road is great to watch. Every character has a story of their own and it shows (in a slightly more exaggerated) version of school life today including; bullying, abuse, relationships, and home life. Situations which I am sure we are familiar with. I can't wait to see how Brett and Mika turn out!

This is the best series so far. Eva Pope is an amazing actress and has really impressed me with her feisty no nonsense attitude character, Rachel. I hope she stays in the series for future episodes!! Not really impressed with the tom and Davina thing though. Other than that I'm hooked. I can't wait for the next episode. Well done everyone.

Wow! What an episode! Tom and Davina are really falling for each other and I hope it lasts; I really want to see what happens next. Rachel's secret identity is unbelievable, keeping us in suspense. I am on the edge of my seat. I can tell that this part of the series is going to be good as the first. Keep it coming!

Poor Rachel! I hate Stuart Hordley! He and Tess can see that she has made a new start in life while they are struggling, so they are doing everything in their power to stop her in her tracks. Next week's preview looks good and I can't wait to see how the Rachel/Stuart storyline evolves as we are seeing a new side to Rachel -the vulnerable and insecure one. Rachel looks like she is on top of things all the time so Stuart turns up and now we get to see how Rachel copes when the pressure is on her.

This is an excellent show. I've recently started watching. I'm 14 and I'm not sure if it is based for my age group, but its brilliant - serious and very realistic - but there is also the odd laugh which I really enjoy. I hope you keep on filming. Brett and Bolton are my favourites because Bolton acts hard but actually seem innocent and Brett seems very kind and warm hearted. Thanks for a great show

I love Waterloo Road. The storylines are always brilliant, and at the end of every episode it leaves you wanting to watch the next episode to see what happens! The acting is brilliant and there's never a dull or boring episode. I've watched it from series 1, it's made Thursday my favourite day of the week! GO WATERLOO ROAD! I hope there's a series 4 and 5!

I am so loving Waterloo Road and can't wait until Thursday every week. I love the way each character has an episode centred around them - would love to see more of Steph and Matt flirting - cannot believe he is gay! Maybe they will do more school drama productions together. She is so funny with the pastoral care stuff and Matt's tantrum in episode 10 made me laugh! More more more!
