Episode 2.2

This show is great! Very believable. I can't believe nobody has mentioned Steph Haydock, played by Denise Welch - she's absolutely hilarious! At first she was a bit of a parody but I thought that she really showed her softer side this week, taking Mika under her wing. Izzie's totally wrapped up in her own problems with Tom and Lorna (well, Tom is gorgeous) and Steph was there for Mika when she needed her. Nice to see the writers giving her the chance to act properly for once instead of just playing the boozy tart! Great acting from the actress who plays Mika as well. Is it just me who wants her and Brett to get together though?!

I love this show, but am I the only person who can't get that excited about the Tom and Izzie relationship? I don't mind them as characters, just don't really see what all the fuss is about. Kim and Andrew are loads better and have a much more interesting relationship. They really are meant to be, whereas I'm not sure Tom and Izzie can last the distance.

I think that the current series of waterloo road is great! I'm so glad that Lorna didn't die, she's my favourite character in the show and I wasn't happy with the ending of the last series when she walked into the canal, I'm alright now that she survived and I'm enjoying the problems she's causing between Tom and Izzie. Go Lorna!!!

First time I've watched the show. Love the cast. Worked as Business Manager/Senior Manager in Liverpool schools for 12 years. Not enough support (mentors, TA's/admin staff in the show alienated audience perhaps). Didn't like the fact that you referred to the new secretary as the secky! Title out of date - Headteacher's PA. No Bursar/Business Manager in the show. Although a Drama, needs comedy element. i.e boy who permanently walks around the school during lessons to avoid classes internal truancy, quips from Chair of govs to Clerk's minutes "oh no Josie you've split your infinitive" etc.
Carol Williams, Liverpool

I think the whole Leanne and Mika story is really gripping. I also love Donte and Chlo they have been firm favourites of mine since series one I just hope in the coming weeks that Donte doesn't pressure Chlo in to doing something she isn't ready for.

I absolutely love the new Waterloo Road, it's amazing. Hope Izzie and Tom kick Lorna out, that was sneaky of her to pretend falling down the stairs. Also want to see if Brett and Mika get together, they would be a lovely couple don't you think? I don't like Leigh-Ann at all, she was so mean doing that to Mika, and now setting up that website too. Brett is lush!

I thought the last series was great but this is even better! With the double crossing of Lorna and the intro of Brett, I'm hooked already!!! School is actually like this!! Thanks for a great series so far and can't wait for the next one

Disappointing - the wrong images are portrayed showing undesirable behaviour of both staff and pupils - why so much sleaze - better put it on Channel 4 - does little to improve teen behaviour!!

I think this series is great! On the whole really well acted and issues well dealt with. The actress who plays Mika is dealing with her bullying situation really well as is Jill Halfpenny who plays Izzie. I love the way Steph is trying to handle it as well - she's showing her softer side!

Awesome episode last night - what a great cast of actors, they all interact so well! Jack is such a great headmaster, he's very very believable in this role. A great mix of humour and real life! Brilliant.

Think Waterloo Road is great even though we have seen most of it being filmed it totally different when on the television. Keep up the good work SHED, thanks.
Clover Security (Max and Paddy), Waterloo Road (Rochdale)

Great second episode. I'm glad Mika has a more prominent role this series as I like her character - the stuff with her and Steph was surprisingly touching. Enjoyed the Izzie/Tom/Lorna stuff and Andrew was as lovely as ever (if only Kim would realise it!).

Yet another great episode! This episode bought the return of Lewis Seddon, which is always a good thing. Every week the episodes just get better and better!
