DESCRIBE BOLTON AND HIS ROLE WITHIN WATERLOO ROAD SCHOOL:
I see Bolton as the school mascot! He has a fairly normal background but likes to be a bit of a joker until he finds a true interest in sport – boxing!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST AND LEAST ABOUT BOTON?
I least like his ability to step up to the mark, he may be cocky but not too confident. But in saying that I do love his foolishness – he’s a great laugh.
WOULD YOU LIKE BOLTON IF YOU MET HIM?
Not really – he’d do my head in – too cocky.
WHICH OTHER CHARACTER DOES BOLTON RELATE BEST TO?
Definitely his side kick Paul Langley and the PE teacher.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE STORYLINE COMING UP AND WHY?
Bolton learning the ropes as a boxer! I enjoyed the training.
WHAT HAVE YOU ENJOYED MOST ABOUT WATERLOO ROAD?
Social element! Great cast and crew.
WHAT ARE YOU HOPING TO DO AFTER FINISHING FILMING THE SERIES?
Still doing a few auditions but mostly doing research at the Contact Theatre in Manchester.
HAVE YOU ANY LONG TERM GOALS OR AMBITIONS FOR THE FUTURE?
Make a film! A psychological thriller would be brilliant
WHERE WERE YOU BORN AND BROUGHT UP?
Manchester, then to Africa for 3 yrs then back to Manchester.

Manchester.
WHEN DID YOU KNOW YOU WANTED TO BE AN ACTOR?
In year 11 when we performed in a play, Little Shop of Horrors, I played the dentist.
IS THIS YOUR FIRST BIG BREAK?
Yes.
WHAT IS THE BEST BIT ABOUT FILMING?
Being with all the cast – they were great.

It was a rubbish horror film – can’t remember the name!
